| I'm 19 years old now and have been bodybuilding for about 10 months. You may think that im not yet experienced enough to be giving advice and such, but during my 10 months of training I have gone from weighing 130 at 5'5 to about 175. I have done this without touching a single drug. I have taken my once small but muscular 13 1/2 inch arms and turned them into a fairly large 16 inches. My once 38 inch chest which most would love to have now measures almost 46 inches. Some say that my growth is based entrirely on genetics. It's true that I am somewhat genetically blessed, but those who have seen my dedication and love for bodybuilding know it can't be all genetics. I eat protein and complex carbs like it's going out of style, and train hard and heavy. I believe that with proper training and diet anyone can achieve their goals, just as I continue to do day after day. A body of classic proportions isn't built overnight, it takes years of dedication to the iron to reach an Arnold like status. So be prepared for the journey ahead... |
