| Other Information and My Experiances When I first found this fish on my LFS's order form, I decided to get 4 and hope for a pair to breed. I put the 4 in a 125g tank and waited. They were quite territorial with each other but never hurt each other physically. One by one they slowly became very stressed and died from no apparent cause. It got down o a single fish and then he began to show these symptons so he was immediatly moved to a 500g aquarium where he lives today. In this tank he (males can be identified by haveing speckles in thier dorsal fin) lives very peacefully with a wide assortment of other American cichlids. They are one of the smaller and less aggressive Americans that show a lot of yellow, and make a good addition to most tanks. |
