Fresh Cranberry Orange Relish
Servings: 8
3 seedless, navel oranges
2 cups fresh cranberries
1/3 cup sugar, or to taste
Peel the oranges and quarter them. Put the cranberries, oranges, and sugar in a food processor; process until finely chopped. Add more sugar to taste. Chill.
