Back at the facility, Brin heals, but is tainted with Manticore's lies and is once again one of them.  
Later on she was part of the opperation to get Tinga back into Manticore, but not to Lydecker, but to Renfro (the mysterious Madame X).  But there seems to be some spark of being free left in Brin, for she spared Max's life when given the opportunity to kill her, saying that it was repayment for Max saving her own life, and that the next time she'd take her out.
