| Revolutions History |
| SKBC/Revolutions Baton Corps was founded in the fall of 1987 by our Head Coach/Choreographer, Heike Hangebruch. We originally started under the name Scarborough Knights Baton Corps (SKBC) and eventually changed to Revolutions. Why? Heike's mission in those early years was to turn our 'recreational athletes' into a group that would be recognized Nationally in group competition. Her mission proved successful within those first 5 years with the club winning awards at the National Championships. The club grew so rapidly, the athletes improved so dramatically under her training that change was necessary in order to stay upbeat with the rest of the countries best clubs. So we went through some changes..... |
