By the rotaing image, we are trying to reinforce the the ubiquitous prescence of the Guillotin in the Revolution, its use and the way it was behaind Liberty and the two symbols become almost synomous for the end of oppression ands in a literal sense the Guillotin becomes the end of the oppressors, notably Loius XVI
