TI-89 Titanium Programming (5/22/07)

Well... last night I embarked on a new journey in my programming ventures.  Even though I don't own a TI-89 Titanium, I have begun programming for it (as well as the 92 and V200... the compiler produces files for these calculators as well).  Over the weekend, I put some games on my friend's 89.  Impressed by its capabilities (and F-Zero), I pondered the thought of exploiting the 89's power for my own programming purposes.  So last night, I found some great looking tutorials for programming the 89 in C.  I tried learning z80 Asm last summer, but it proved to be insanely difficult, so now I am enthusiastic about learning to program calcs in a language more powerful than TI-BASIC, yet easier than Asm.  Currently, I am learning how to draw lines and sprites.  My first major project for the 89 will probably be a port of Plantation 2 (I am also planning on porting Plantation 2 to the DS this summer... we'll see how that goes).
