OUR RITUAL

We believe that we attain a heightened sense of consciousness when we perform our ritual

We can do this ritual anywhere, at anytime, once we have become proficient with it.

First...begin by attaining the frog stance
(squat down like a frog);
Second...meditate with your eyes transfixed
on the computer screen on our ritual page
(see link to right);
Third...Once your mind is silent
raise both arms over your head
pointing your fingers to the heavens;
Fourth...JUMP UP
(leap like a frog as far upwards as you can)

At this point your base energies leap up through your bodies and pass through
the crown creating a higher state
of consciousness.
