Meathead

This was written by me on Ostara. My friend Jen (her pic is on my bio page) had to have her long time pal, confident, and general cat euthanized. I went with her and held Meathead (yes, that was his name, no, she didn't name him) for her while the shot was given. He was one of the sweetest cats in the world, card-carrying cat-haters loved this cat. He will be greatly missed!

Mother Bastet waiting for you
Welcoming you

Run through fields of catnip and rye
Chasing mice and birds
Forever a kitten

The Veil is thin now
