Okay!  So it's official, Rina's surgery is rescheduled on January the 11th which simplifies scheduling a great deal.  Which also means I can take some vacation time next week, and spend some time with my family in my home town once I've gotten my allergy shots and Rina's follow-up appointment with her GP are out of the way.

I'm stoked!  Though I've been a bit accident prone these past few days - spilled pop, spilled coffee, I drove Rina back from the GP last night not realizing my headlights weren't on...duh!

Went to renew a prescription for my athsma this morning, then I needed to go to the Bank...from the Bank I drop by Tim Horton's for a coffee and some breakfast ... on my way back to my car I'm like "where the hell's my prescription?"

As it turns out, I'd left my prescription at the Bank's ATM, and a nice Lady who went there after me kindly returned it to the Pharmacy ... I go back there thinking I'm gonna have to have the darned thing refilled, the Parmacist's assistant sees me and giggles - "It's right here, you left it at the ATM!"

Yeah, those are the kind of days I've been having ... it's funny when you think of it! ;-)

"The Raven and the Beast" has been posted, and I'm working on one of those "I have a cool scene, let's see if I can't make a story out of it" projects in the works.

The characters thus far are GL, Vixen, Stargirl, RJ, Hawkgirl, Orion, Batman and Wonder Woman...I'm working into a "lead-in" to introduce the story's Villain(s) ... stay tuned! ;-)
