Hmm...major rewrite on the way.  I've been bending the plotlines to make the final Chapter as captivating as possible, only to realise it much too over the top. 

I'm trying to keep things plausible in the realm of Sccience Fiction (an oxymoron, I know)and if I don't make those rewrites, said plotline will sound more like Wile E Coyote and the Road Runner rather than Reverend Justice and Blue Angel saving the day.

I might keep it separately, as a deleted scene.  But I have a hunch that the Chapter can stand on its own without the 'three protagonists' making their second appearance on the same night.

I have a hunch that this scene (which will already require plenty of suspension of disbelief as it stands)will bring a sense of drama to the book.  In fact that might be part of the rewrites too: making my heroes survival more plausible given the circumstances.
