A C130 on takeoff. The Chattanooga airport has a wonderful vantage point at the end of their runway. You can get some awesome shots if you don't mind the aircraft coming down on top of you. This shot
and the one of the C5 on final approach were taken from this location. What a rush. :-)

Les Shockley's jet powered truck 300+ MPH. This truck raced several of the aircraft and won. That day it was raining so he was unable to do a speed run. The whole front end of the truck is hollow, the
driver literally sits right in front of 3 huge jet intakes. You've got to wonder if Les should be admired or committed to an institution.
