At a distance of 1,5 km from village Goubani (see map) on a big clearing in the forest is placed domical church "Ormotsa eklesia" (the church of Forty Saints).

The cross is clearly defined in church's design.
The cupola is based on ledges attached on north and south walls.Disposition of windows is such, that contour of the cross emphased also with treatment of light and shade.Every main part of church is lit brightly, and every additional part is deeped in semi-darkness.

The temple has two entrances - from the west and from the south.
External staircase leads to the second floor of the tower .

    There is a very pictorial view from the second floor.
Ormotsa eklesia is example of Georgian architecture of XV-XVI c.
Around the church there are few tumbledown churches devoted to St. George.

Ormotsa eklesia is also well visible from Kojori fortress.
It is possible to go down to it by forest path.
