| ABOUT US: The Rescuers Mission Agency is a missionary outfit and an arm of International College of Mission and Theology (Intercomath). Rev. C.C. Anyanwu has always wished he could carry out twin vision which God gave to him along the Bible Col: Ministry, that is: "Going to the unreached people with the gospel", in 1998, Rescuers Mission Agency was established to attend to this vision. OUR PURPOSE: 1. Harness the talents that are in the Christians youths who are zealous to affect the world of their time. 2. Create mission awareness in churches. 3. Mobilize churches within our Environment for the fulfillment of the great commission. 4. To create mission board Programmes with different denominations that will want to do missions. 5. To work in tandem with other mission agencies to reach out to the unreached with the gospel. OUR APPROACH: 1. To plant church in the areas where there are no churches and later hand them later hand them over to churches that are mission oriented. 2. To research and find out areas where the effort of the church is needed most. 3. To present the holistic gospel. That is, we care for the body, soul a spirit of man. To this end, our team has always included medication and clothing in it's requirements. 4. To train indigenous people in their environment so that they can evangelize their people after their training. 5. International College of Missions and Theology provides the resources for training of the indigenous converts. 6. To rehabilitate those who are affected by one natural disaster or the other. OUR STAFF: Though Rescuers Mission Agency, (REMA) is an arm of the International College of Missions and Theology, her operations transcends it's borders. It was not actually intended to make the agency the exclusive property of the College. Hence, their staffs are drawn from the participating churches who share the objectives of the agency. Edwin Oli Treasurer, Save The Lost Mission, Nneli OUR GENERAL ASSEMBLY: This body is made up of all those who participate in the activities of the agency, either individually, or cooperatively. This body meets when summoned by the executive to be briefed. At it's gathering, a run down of the account of the agency is given. It is to be noted that the account is usually published in our periodical magazine, "Mission Diggest". OUR FINANCIAL AND ACCOUNT: The major source of income for the agency periodic donations made by the interested, participating individuals, and churches. Usually a letter is written listing the purpose for the money and those who are moved gives their money. Another source of income is what we call, "Supporters card". This card is kept by the agency where monthly contributions by those who subscribe to support money are written. When the money is received, the amount will be written in the card and the supporter signs, so also does the recipient. There are quite a few people who do this monthly. HOW OUR ACCOUNT IS RENDERED: The executive members takes proper recording of the income and expenses. In every publication of Rescuers Mission Diggest, the account is published, just as you can observe in the pages of this magazine. YOU WANT TO HELP? You are very much welcome! The agency needs your prayer and financial support. Our yearly budget is hardly met. The problem of unrealized objective is too frustrating to speak about. You can subscribe to helping monthly, weekly, or yearly. You can also adopt a missionary in the field. In this case, our office will provide a list of our missionaries and the field where they work.
