TO SET YOUR BROWSER TO "ACCEPT ALL COOKIES"  
(For Internet Explorer)

1.  On Explorer's top menu bar, select "Tools"
2.  Select "Internet Options"
3.  Select the "Privacy" tab
4.  Move the slider all the way to the bottom. (It should now say "Accept All Cookies")
5.  Click OK

You should now be able to pay via the website.
