Things to come
So it's been a little whiles since I posted on the blog and I know that the LS message says changes are coming to the site. So I thought I'd mention here what they are.
1-New layout. I'm experimenting with javascript and hope to have something a kin to a vana'diel clock on the main page. If you're interested in watching what may come, go to www.geocities.com/returnersls/index2.htm
2-The FFXI Drinking Game. Be warned. We are not advertising for minors to drink. Please, obey your local laws and drink wisely. Which would equate to not playing the game in my mind... cause yea... the dunes will kill you in more ways than one with this game. 3-LS Members Candid page. Something Apollofae came up with. A page for people to have their actual (yes, real life) photo posted along with their character's screenie. This means I'll need screenies of LS members (Don't make me go paparazzi on you guys) and candid photos of you guys in real life (Again, don't make me hunt you down in real life w/ a dig. camera. You won't like it.)
The Little Static has been doing rather well lately though attendance has been sketchy lately. Parties and social life and work do tend to interfer. Next time we're due to meet is the first sat of April so be ready guys.
Other news... other news... oh. This is not a promise or a threat but... I do think we'll be starting to cracking down on Shellholders not fulfilling the requirement of at least one monthly event. There are all kinds of things to run. The calendar page does have options and events that have been run before. You can also probably find some fun things on the wiki.
