Random things
So things have been rather crazy on the LS lately. The holidays do that... but beyond that- Sera has lost her mind. First off, there is a local convention that happens every year around mid November- OryCon. It's a sci-fi fantasy con... 3 day event and usually a fair bit of fun.
Well, for said event Sera is looking at renting a fairly large sized room and is now talking about hosting out of town LS members. Which is a fun idea. Members would be encouraged to one- RSVP with us and two- bring their system to play FFXI. Sera's looking to get a full alliance in one room. Which is why I think he's nuts. Either way let us know what you think.
The other fun new thing isn't actually so new. It's just getting used now. A while back Dragnon made a teamspeak server for TheReturners. But back then is mostly just Sera, Dragnon, and I. Sera and I didn't have mics so no really big deal. Now though... Now there are more than a few people looking to use it. Daigotsu, Sethra, myself, Dragnon... and who knows, maybe you too. So here's what you need if you want to actually heare the voices behind the characters.
1. Go to www.goteamspeak.com
2. Download the program.
3. Quick connect (it's in the connect menu) to the IP address: 24.22.100.223
4. Pick a nickname for yourself (preferably your character name)
5. Connect!
You will need to register on there too but we can walk you through that when you get on the server.
So yea, now you can actually hear what we sound like. Which for some of us will be nothing new and for others... Well, you can finally find out if we really are guys or dolls on the other end. ^.^
