Name: Chateau Greysac
Type: Red Table Wine (50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc)
Applellation: Medoc (Blend)
Year: 1997
Location: Begadan, France
Price: Around $20.00US
Description: One of the few inexpensive, decent french exports, this table wine seems
to have it all, An earthy almost organic taste for this full-bodied blend.
An excellent wine that can stand on its own as well as with a meal,
Chateau Greysac is one of my favorites. French wines from the Medoc region can
be some of the most expensive red wines around but the Greysac is affordable enough
for enjoyment right away but also can be stashed away for its
flavor becomes more complex with age.

Name: Ca'del Solo (Big House Red)
Type: Red Table Wine (Syrah, Grenache, Carignane, Mourvedre, Dolcetto, Barbera and more!)
Applellation: California Blend
Year: 1999
Location: Santa Cruz, California
Price: $10-$14.00 Dollars US
Description: Big House Red has been around for a few years now
and this wine is trendy, kitchy, and best
of all easy to find in the local urban markets and liquor stores, This red sports a
serious nose at an unbeatable price. At around $10US a bottle you
can't go wrong! This wine would not be offended at all
if you just go ahead and drink it straight from the bottle!

Name: Ravenswood Vinters Blend
Type: Zinfandel
Applellation: California Blend
Year: 1998
Location: Sonoma County, California
Price: Around $10.00US

Description: Remember the days when someone said that they liked
Red Zinfandel and you immediately
dismissed them for liking a weak, pink, mediocre wine?
It seems that some growers out
in the valley got bold and stopped the refinement a little
early and went with producing a full-bodied
Zinfandel. This wine is a good wine to start off a beginner
and satisfy a novice at the same
time! Available almost anywhere, this wine is sweet, fruity,
and well behaved enough to serve to all of
your wine-conscience friends.
