Organisational Affiliation: 
His father was from the Shin Dynasty, but not much is know about the past of
Zohn's ancestors. Zohn was told that he has 'noble blood' within him by his
father and more [than that] is expected of him. His mom is of a late bourgeoisie
family called the Zola. So Zohn is considered by some as a bourgeoisie as well. 
 

Hair: 
Jet black hair like his father's.
 

Eyes: 
Blue like his mother's.
 

Skin: 
His skin is soft and white like his mother's. He has slight dimples, but they
are not as noticeable now [that he is older].
 

Wardrobe: 
On casual days, he likes T-shirts and jeans; at school, it's either an all-black
suit; in the Gyms, [he wears] a white samurai shirt with brown bottoms. He
prefers, for footwear, the wooden slippers he got from his late father. 
 

Marks/Scars: 
There's a small scar on his left wrist that he got in a fight long ago; he
doesn't mention much more about it. 
 

Education: 
Zohn did most of his studies in Canada, [up] until he got to go to France, in
his middle school senior year, in Versaille, where her mother grew up. He then
studied martial arts in Japan, once he finished school with honours. He attended
university in the States at Harvard, where he met Ray Canell. The two [he and
Ray] became Ruin Explorers, but Zohn did finish university with a diploma in
Arts. 
 

Occupation (Mortal & Otherwise): 
He's currently the principal of YUME and is also its founder, along with Ray
Canell 
 

Politics: 
He's a major backer of democracy and runs a school where everyone should have a
say, but where the leaders of the school help keep everything in check. He
strongly supports the Student Council and lets them run things their way. 
 

Religious Beliefs/Observations: 
A believer in God, he's a catholic that prays before his training sessions.
Though there are no churches in YUME, he does have a special prayer area outside
the practice dojo, which he goes to occasionally to pray. He keeps an open mind
about the other religions his staff and students have and does not believe in
censorship of any of them; however, he does not want people trying to convert
others to their own religions. Teachings of new religions is accepted by Zohn. 
 

Relatives: 
Zohn does not specifically talk about his family, except of those at the school:
his "nephew" Terry Dundee and his adopted daughter Rei "Deimos" Nokoto. His
father had a great influence on him, though he never mentions so much the names
of his parents, let alone their pasts; the Zola and Shin dynasty is as far as
he'll mention. He has a blurred old portrait of his parents in his office, but
again he mentions little of it, even when people notice the similarities he has
with the people in the photograph.
 

Martial Status: 
He's currently single, but his friend Ray mentions a lover he had a long time
ago.
 

Sexual Orientation: 
A very reserved person about [the subject], but he does like the ladies. Of
course, anything discreet is not for young eyes to see. 
 

Hobbies:
Having soda and biscuits, practising his dart throwing, watching over his fine
establishment 
 

Motivations: 
The 21st century was getting to a be a cruel world for the young; in order for
them to learn how to survive, Zohn, after many years of adventuring, decided to
have an establishment to teach students young and old how to face a new world.
He cares for his staff and students and is motivated by them to keep the school
alive and running. 
 

Goals: 
He hopes someday that everyone can all live in peace: "Hey, can't we all just
get along?" It would also be a great accomplishment to better get [along]
together with all of his family. 
 

Bad Habits/Vices:
He likes to oversee everyone's business, so [he] is a bit of a busybody. Some
say his smiling's a bit much, but, [as he would say,] "Is [it] such a bad thing
to have a perfect smile?!" He also particularly likes to talk to the ladies. 
 

Pet Peeves/Gripes:
Cavities and anyone who would harm his school and anyone learning in it. 
 

Things That Make Uncomfortable or Embarrass:
Terry causing trouble. Rei causing trouble. Ray in general. The occasional
situation when he talks to certain staff and gets a bit overemotional. 
 

Admirable Personality Traits:
Zohn's a friend to all. He wants everyone to have an equal chance to get a good
education. He listens to anyone's situation and tries to help when he can. 
 

Negative Personality Traits:
Overemotional at times. He's also a little too friendly with the ladies, but
[he] keeps in check, at least.

He seems to be bothered by his father's presence still. And that smiling

Nunchukus - An old weapon his father cherished. He wields it like his father:
with great force and some speed. He can channel his Ki (or as some people call
it, chi) into his weapon to unleash more powerful attacks. He also has a
compartment where his darts can be attached and thrown like a slingshot. 
 

Owned: 
Any tools of the school. 
 

Familiars/Treasures (special items): 
Watch - He found this in a pawnshop in New Orleans when he travelled [there]. He
keeps it close and considers it a more valuable tool than any other. Many are
surprised by the ways [in which] he uses it.
 

[Character History]


A young child from a proud bourgeoisie family, Zohn always had a good life. He
dreamed of being a great warrior, like his champion karate father, but when his
father died in a tournament under suspicious manners, he looked more closely at
competition. He wanted others to know how to handle themselves in any situation.
One day he dreamed of opening a school to teach survival because survival in the
21st century was rough: interplanetary enemies, as well as some at home on
Earth, were multiplying. Zohn wanted to be more prepared for the world ahead;
with his degree in Arts and teachings of the martial arts from his father, he
left his mother's home to join up with friend from high school and college: Ray
Canell. The two went on special expeditions to the Orient, Africa and other
exotic places to search for ruins. They became ruin explorers and learned many
things on their journey, such as ancient technology (which some considered were
old mechas), old tools that might have been used for magic, and artefacts that
may have seen many wars and battles. Zohn accumulated knowledge for a few years
before deeming himself ready to open his prestigious school, which he did with
the help of his friend, Canell. The money they made on expeditions was more than
enough to open the school. After recruiting others like him who wanted to better
the knowledge of survival, combat and the arts of competitions, as he called it,
he opened the school to students of all ages, a first on Earth. He invited all
races too to the school, so they could learn more, while others learned from
them at the same time. Kurrai still keeps in touch with Canell, who sometimes
makes a guest appearance if he isn't chasing some new tomb.
