Physical Description:

Voer Walton, as stated in the age, looks like he's in his early twenties. His hair is dark brown and is usually slicked back. Walton is about 6'3. His face is rock-hard, with no trace of fat on it. His eyes glow blue(which grow dimmer as he uses more energy), which he keeps covered with sunglasses; even at night & indoors, as his eyes were made to see in the dark. Voer generally wears a long black trenchcoat, and an armoured suit underneath that is coloured dark grey. Voer also wears black army boots. His sleeves cover his arms to conceal blue veins that stick out; which are side effects of his nano augmentations. The 'blue vein effect' also appears on his legs, which of course he'll never expose to public view.

 

Personality:

Voer Walton can be the metaphorical definition of "cold as ice". He has no noticeable personality traits and absolutely no sense of humour. Whether he takes pleasure in killing and/or inflicting pain can not be determined.
 

Background History:

Voer Walton is an artificial human created in a secret facility in the United States. He is the first artificial human created to be the first in a series of super-soldiers. Since age five, at which time he appeared physically to be a teenager, he was trained to use many abilities such as weapon usage, gun maintenance, explosives, lock picking, and computer hacking techniques. As he was designed with little personality, he does not have any side effects that a normal child would have in such a non-emotional upbringing. At the age of ten, the scientists had developed a gun made to be used only by Voer's nanites. With a little more training, he became an expert shot with the newly designed gun and the three bullet types they had developed for it at that time. When he reached age eleven, the scientists developed a nano augmentation that increased Voer's speed. The operation was a success, and Voer was able to run at super-human speeds; but at the cost of a large power drain if used in excess. At the age of thirteen, he went on his first mission in assassinating a political leader that threatened to expose the super-soldier project. Taking aim from a far away building, Voer easily killed the leader. He left no traces, and thus nobody knew who had killed him.

Finally, at the age of fourteen, the project leader decided that a true field test must be conducted. Learning of YUME, they sent Voer Walton there to test his prowess against other students that possess the same or better power levels then him.

 

Strengths:

1. Speed Augmentation- Augmentation designed to give the ability to run faster than others, faster movements, execute fast hitting combos and fast moves. Voer, though, does not always have his speed "switched on". He has nanite implants in him that he must activate through an internal muscle switch, which will draw on an internal power source to supply the necessary energy to give him the speed (this will be covered more in the weaknesses, down below).

2. Gun Control -Ability to wield and use guns, repair them on your own, handle artillery on vehicles, can also handles explosives like grenades, bombs, TNT and such.
 

Weaknesses:

His speed is based on nanite technology. If all his energy is drained, then he will become very weakened and unable to do anything offensive-wise and must recharge to participate any further in a battle. Anything that requires him to use his nanite augmentations will drain his power (from firing his gun (since it uses a small nanite augmentation in his hand to operate it) which uses little, to long and/or hard sprints using his speed augmentation which will drain it significantly faster). Recharging can be done through normal eating and drinking; although he will recharge significantly faster if he uses specially produced bio-electric pills. His energy can also regenerate slowly on it's own.
 

Equipment:

  1. Experimental Rifle Beta 3.03-Mephisto: A black, fairly large rifle. The barrel is larger then a normal rifle, but the inside will narrow or widen to fit the bullet currently in use. It does not have a normal trigger and can only be fired when Voer's nanites interact with a pad on the underside of the rifle. It is also equipped with a silencer for use with the FMJ bullets. A specially designed camera built into the gun will also allow Voer to 'see' through the barrel of the gun and zoom for use as a sniper weapon. Also, when Voer is in contact with the pad he will know the ammo type loaded and how much is left.
  2. Body Armour: Covers neck to toe with a protective material; designed to reduce damage taken from piercing, crushing, heat, cold, and radiation.

 

Moves:

  1. FMJ (Full metal jacket) bullets: Either single shot (sniper shot), semi-auto or full auto. The basic bullet used in common assault rifles. One clip normally holds 75 bullets.
  2. EMP (Electro Magnetic Pulse) missile: Single shot only. Missiles are ten times larger then a FMJ bullet. Launches a small missile that, upon explosion, will disrupt electronics in a ten foot radius. One clip holds 5 missiles.
  3. AP (Armour Piercing) Bullets: Single shot or semi auto (Three per burst). Fires a bullet three times the size of a FMJ bullet. On impact, it will create a concentrated explosion designed to crush armour(although it will create a lot more damage then FMJ on an unprotected body as well). Clip size is 15.
