Physical Description: Ryo has medium-length, dark-blonde hair which is gelled and spiked, as well as bright, light blue eyes. His appearance is that of the average human, no physical mutations or discolouring other than his eyes, which occasionally glow blue. He has blue goggles he wears on his forehead and a long white trench-coat with a black collar. He wears a black t-shirt and a broadsword in a sheath strapped on his back. He has a belt, white cargo pants, and black tennis shoes. A blue haze emanates from the palms of his hands when he is using his mutation and also in times of high stress and adrenaline.

Personality: Somewhat insolent towards authority, Ryo is generally withdrawn and, although not quiet, he does not go out of his way to make friends. He is driven by the need to do the right thing and to help others when they are having trouble in any area. Taking life on a day to day basis, Ryo refuses to use his last name, due to it's connections with his past, and becomes agitated when it is used. Following the rules has never been his strongest point, as many rules are unnecessary and biased in favour of different parties. Instead he lives by his own ingrained perspective on right and wrong and does not care what society has to say regarding this.

Background History: His parents were anti-mutant terrorists, killed by a gas explosion.

Moves? The only moves he has are attacks with his sword and dagger, and things using his mutant ability. Since I saw nowhere to describe it, I'll put it here.

1. Ryo has psychic-manifestation. He can create solid blue objects with the power of his mind, for a limited amount of time. The bigger and/or more complicated, the harder it is to keep it manifested. The smaller and/or simpler, the easier it is, and the longer he can keep it manifested.
