Kiwara sat bolt upright. The knocking came just after he closed his eyes. He hadn't heard the door open or close, nor heard any footsteps. He felt upset. If he was this oblivious to his surroundings, how would he ever survive in a battle? He made a resolution to himself that he would be more observant from now on. thn he heard a voice on the other side of the door say
'Uhm... hello?'
Kiwara bounced off of his bed and walked to the door. He opened it, seeing a taller boy with spiked blonde hair and strange blue eyes.
Kiwara stared at Ryo for a moment then said
'Yes?' Ryo looked uneasily at Kiwara.
'I guess we're roommates now, my name is Ryo Cooper.' Kiwara smiled with the realization.
'Oh, hey! Hi my name's Kiwara! Say, do you like plants? I really do. I hope you do, cause I'm going to grow lots of them.'
