Uncomfortable and Troubled -Andrew

Andrew walked briskly down through the West Wing as he made his way towards room 1999, the scroll from sorcery class clenched tightly in one hand, though he was unaware of the force he was exerting. This was the worst possible situation he could think of being in. Where was Darkwind??? It was an added problem that his kyree wasn't with him to tell him what to do. He would much rather have had someone else to fall back on if he made the wrong decision at this fatal turning point.

Andrew, after arriving at his room, dropped the scroll onto his desk and searched for Darkwind, even though he knew that if the shape-shifter had been there he would have sensed him before opening the door. He sighed, the truth having been confirmed after a glance or two. His laptop was telling him there were messages for him.

Deciding that it might be urgent, he sat down in front of the computer and read through them. There was an email or two about various things he could, like he would do with the scroll, attend to at some other, more convenient time. There was also a message that Maisy had sent earlier, suggesting that he perhaps bring some of the staff who would be there during the special "Welcome Back Ball" along with him to the meeting since the Council might end up discussing something relevant to that occasion. Andrew frowned slightly, turning the matter over in his head. Social occasions tended to give him a headache these days, but it was his duty to oversee proceedings and inviting a few more people to Council wouldn't hurt things. He pulled up the file that would tell him who fit both the first criteria and the added criteria of being close enough to his dorm that he might still make it to Council on time, with or without them. Maisy couldn't really fault him if they didn't agree to come along.

The passage of a few minutes saw him standing in front of the door to another dorm. He looked up and down the hall for no particular reason, other than that ever since earlier today he'd felt a bit paranoid...which Andrew thought was perfectly understandable considering the circumstances. He knocked on the door, not too loudly to be disruptive, but not so quiet that it wouldn't be heard or that it would sound too timid.

He heard someone tell him to come inside and, since no one came to answer the door in person, he entered the dorm, having no idea what to expect upon his entrance. At first, he couldn't catch sight of anyone, but then he realised they were all...
...in the bedroom.

He couldn't help but shudder. What was he going to do about....? No, he didn't have time to think of that at the moment. He had an objective and he was going to fulfil that. He shook his head and frowned again to himself as he made his decision to follow the matter through...
...that of asking the residents of this dorm to attend the student council meeting, that was.

He approached the entrance to the bedroom and leaned forward so that he was just visible before saying with the utmost politeness, "I hope I'm not interrupting anything, am I?"
