It's a great day for a meeting -Maisy

Maisy packed up her laptop and grabbed a pen and a piece of paper. She'd heard the gong go off only a minute or two ago so she knew she had a little while to get to the meeting room. If things went as they usually did, the first few meetings of the SC would probably be in the meeting room while the Council got to know each other and then they would move to more informal settings, such as the library. She stuck the note to the door as she left, making her way towards the location and waving to people she passed, regardless of whether she knew them or not. Eventually, she would probably get to know them all.

When Maisy arrived she found that she was the first one to get there, probably because her class hadn't just been dismissed as it hadn't happened at all so far in the year. She found it surprising that Andrew wasn't there though since he usually managed to get there first. Sorcery had most likely been let out late, she surmised.

She grabbed a chair and sat down, eagerly awaiting the arrival of anyone else and the beginning of the meeting, but most of all looking forward it its end.
