LightSpace glanced around at the school. So far, so good. WindEarth was keeping in mental contact with her which helped control her fears. She found the room marked office and stepped inside. There sat a lovely young woman behind a desk and LightSpace perked up as the woman smiled at her.
"Hello there gorgeous." LightSpace said with her most charming grin. "I'm LightSpace WaterFlame. What's your name?"
"Iliana." the woman replied.
"Iliana, what a beautiful name. How perfect for such a lovely lady." LightSpace said.
Iliana's desk was making LightSpace a little nervous, but it was under control. Iliana looked a little unnerved herself by LightSpace's words.
"I'm new here." LightSpace said. "Perhaps you could show me around and-"
She leaned forward and whispered the rest of her sentence into Iliana's ear. The secretary blushed bright red at those words, embarrassed, but not offended by them. LightSpace leaned back and enjoyed Iliana's discomfort before the lady straightened a little and made a small cough.
"I think you should be able to find your own way." Iliana said, not unkindly, but firm enough to make LightSpace understand her meaning.
"Yes, I believe I should be able to find my own way." LightSpace agreed with a smile. "So what orders do you have for me, beautiful?" |
