Bak surveyed the students. She reached over and tapped a girl on the shoulder. The girl shivered briefly at the cold from Bak's hand.
"You and your partner." Bak said. "Obstacle course."
She went around choosing students. She picked the blond and brown haired boys, the boy with the long braid and the girl with the tiger, which was absent today, the black haired boy, who had delivered the message to the medics for her, and his partner, and finally the big idiot from yesterday and his partner.
"You five will begin in the obstacle course." she instructed. "The rest of you will spar on the side. I do not want a repeat performance of yesterday, am I understood?"
The students nodded.
"Good. You may begin." she said to the ones on the side.
Then she turned her attention to those who were standing in the obstacle course.
"Now, you are to fight your partner only. The goal is to fight your partner while the other fights are going on without hitting or getting in the way of the other groups. You are also to minimise the amount of movement to the obstacles in your presence. You may begin whenever you are ready." she informed.
She backed out of the way and began to observe everyone. |
