Kuwaguma smiled at him and shook her head at his question. "I don't know how YUME works, really, but I don't think they'd mind if you grew some plants. Given some of the strange things I've seen, I'll bet some of the students could be plants themselves,' she said in answer, before adding quietly, 'I like plants too, but I've never tried growing them. I haven't been on Earth that long and...I just like looking at all the green around here...I wonder why that is? Back home they weren't this green..."
>They were in front of the office now.
>"This is it." Kuwaguma said.
>"Thank you. I guess then I'll see you later? They give out maps here right? I'm going to need one to find my way around," he said.
The slight girl looked up towards the ceiling, thinking for a bit before answering. "You'll get a computer and the map, but you'll probably need to start up the computer to get to the map. What class are you in?" she asked, interrupting herself. When she found that he was in the Art of Fighting she continued, "I'm in the Art of Weaponry, so our classes are right next to each other. Since we're already late it's faster if I just show you where to go. Go ahead and register, I'll wait here for you," she said, sitting down on a bench outside the office door.
"I don't usually talk this much," she said softly to herself when she thought Kiwara had gone into the office. |
