Ananda nodded at Zohn, in agreement to what he said. "If there's anything I can do to find this person, I will. The last thing we need is for he or she to attack students. But if you will excuse me, my Sorcery class should be starting and I think it would be nice if I explained to them myself what happened." With that, she began to chant under her breath.
A small ripple began in the air in front of her, then it grew to create a temporary portal between the infirmary and her classroom. She checked herself quickly in the mirror and decided there was nothing she could do about her appearance. As soon as the black glassy surface of the communications portal became clearer, revealing her image to the students, and she could see her classroom from the other side (as well as Jonas' redecoration), she began.
"Forgive me for interrupting, Jonas, but I thought I might make your job a little easier if I explained myself what has happened." She then turned her attention to the students. "As some of you may know, I, along with Principal Zohn, was attacked by a Psychic. We don't know who it is, but I would ask all of you not to worry, and to keep this information quiet."
"I don't know how long I'm going to be gone, but I assure you that as soon as I can, I will be teaching you again. Until then, I would hope that all of you will treat Jonas with the respect that he deserves. If any of you have any questions, I'm sure that Cresta will let me out of here sometime soon, and my door is always open to you. I wish all of you good luck." She nodded briefly, and then closed the portal once more. |
