Darkness.
Utter black for so long. I could think but not see. What, what happenned. I can't move. I can't see. I am powerless...
Then the light, all at once. The natural light hurt but was welcoming. The stiffness started to leave my body like the tide flowing back to the sea. I was awake.
I thought I was done for. I then remember the last thing I was looking for. Where was my watch? That was a family heirloom. I'd better check this out.
"Oooo..." I moaned because I may have been awake, I was very sore still. I looked to see I was in one of the bedrooms of the emegency wing. I hope everyone else is OK. I saw a button on the bed and hit it. Wonder what it takes to get service? I needed answers...
