Ulysses felt very ill as Professor Holoman finished her story. He knew that ethically it was completely the Weak Hand Sect's right to do that, but the thought of losing an arm bit by bit was very unnerving. He didn't even know what his own ethics were like compared to everyone else but he knew that losing body parts wasn't common for most people. He did not want to be here. He wanted to be back on Palikir with his friend and with Bwoshih helping him learn to control his powers. The less people around, the safer Ulysses felt.
