Stulfut backed away rapidly at the gleam in Kurrai's smile and shielded his eyes. There was no way he was getting near that guy. Bak paused a moment and walked over to Kurrai as he finished with Ananda.
"I would appreciate it, principal Kurrai, if you would refrain from blaming me for something I have not done. I have not complained about Sizer at all, I merely kept her from attacking Constable Ohta. If I am to be punished for that, then I do not believe that this is a just school." she said. "Please pay more attention to what happens before you make accusations."
She left him to dwell on her words. Sizer just glared darkly at Kurrai before leaving. Nuriko smiled briefly before hurrying to catch up with Bak and Othras. Olga and Sasami walked out, chattering happily while Gateau tailed along, flexing slightly. Vash slowly followed the security team out the door. Ohta stormed up to Kurrai.
"Sir! I must protest. You have not answered my question. Why are we allowing criminals to TEACH here?!" Ohta demanded angrily and stonily waited for an answer. |
