Minako stood up in her chair.
"Sergeant Stulfut! What on earth are you complaining about officer?! This is NOT a democracy. You follow MY orders. DO YOU UNDERSTAND?!" she yelled, her normally lovely voice becoming surprisingly shrill.
Sizer flew into the air in fury.
"WHAT IS WRONG WITH BEING A CRIMINAL?" she demanded. "I AM HAWK KING SIZER! LEADER OF THE HAWK FORCES OF HELL KING BASS! I FEAR NO ONE!"
Bak grabbed Sizer's ankle and yanked her down before any damage could be done. Mai was trying to get everyone to lower their voices while Sasami was trying to talk to her. Vash looked at Nuriko with big puppy eyes. His lower lip trembled.
"WHY IS EVERYONE PICKING ON ME!!!!!!!" he bawled, tears streaming down his cheeks. "I DIDN'T ASK TO BE A HUNTED MAN! I DIDN'T WANT TO BE HUNTED BY PEOPLE! AND IT'S NOT MY FAULT THE SECURITY TEAM DIDN'T SAVE ME IN TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
He broke off sobbing while Nuriko held his hand and everyone stared at him briefly in surprise |
