Bwoshih put a supporting arm around the boy and helped him down the hallway. It seemed like they were old friends walking along to anyone who would have been looking.
"There are some things more important than meetings." he replied. "Besides, no one will mind if I am late. If they ask why, I will simply tell them that I went to check on Erik. He got hurt today and he should still be there, I believe."
