Reluctant agreement -Tsuchiya Ruka

He frowned for a moment, turning this all over. Ruka really didn't want to have to accept someone's help, or worse, their pity, but it was terribly tempting. If he had been more disciplined this would not have happened and he would not have to make this decision. It was moments like this when he almost wished that he could hear the Ends of the World coming to take him away. Almost, but not quite. That thought was just a little too repulsive.

He looked at the psychics professor. Nothing seemed deceptive about the offer of help, but Ruka could never be sure. Finally, after another moment of consideration he nodded, but he still had his doubts.

"Isn't there a staff meeting? I heard the announcement over the P.A." He winced. If it was a bad situation for him to be helped by a professor it would be even worse if an explanation of that professor's late arrival at the meeting was asked for.
