A vague presence

Above the meeting, in the rafters which had been vacated by the old friend of Kurrai's, Ray Canell, an odd sort of blue mist was forming. It moved in a strange fashion and coalesced into one form...someone surrounded by three wings which looked blue through the mist which was still present. The unnaturalness continued in the fact that the mist didn't drop lower than the rafters, but just hung there around the form it had taken on. When things became more sharply defined and focused a young man could be seen as he surveyed those gathered below. When he caught sight of the security crew his expression was seen to clearly change as he narrowed his eyes. He mouthed simply "I'm watching you" and then folded his wings around him and disappeared with no bright flashes, noises or any dramatic effects which left quite an eerie impression of calm.

OOC: There you have it: the introduction of my other character, the Blue Angel. He was listed as a staff member, for lack of anything else to call him, so it was only fair that he make his presence known at the meeting, if only for a short while.
