Bwoshih smiled as he sensed that the correct amount of students were now in the class. Without changing anything outwardly, he sent out a telepathic greeting to see who had what powers.
'Welcome to the class.' he sent. 'Will all the telepaths please raise their left hands when the music ends.'
After that, he sent out an empathic message, letting the students feel the need to raise their right hands if they were empaths. Then he sent out a message telekinetically, making the telekinetics frown when the music ended. Finally he sent out a message to those who had some other type of psychic power to turn their heads to the left. Slowly he let the music die away. Then he opened his eyes and stared at the students. A few of the students were frowning. Most people had their left hands raised. A few had their right hands raised, that made sense, empaths were more delicate than most. A few had both hands in the air. Some had their heads turned. And, of course, there were a few who were looking around in confusion. Those were the kind who's power was very weak. Bwoshih smiled at them all.
"Welcome to Psychics." he said. "You may relax now. I am your Professor, Bwoshih Iduhlee. I will speak to you out loud since I realise that not all of you can read mind messages. For those of you who either didn't hear me earlier or turned their heads, please come to the front of the room while the rest of you please group together with those of similar talents. Telepaths to the left hand upper corner of the room. Empaths to the right hand upper corner of the room. Telekinetics to the left hand lower corner of the room. Those with more than one talent to the lower right hand corner of the room. Once you are in your groups, I would like you to introduce yourselves and practice greeting each other with your talents. Let the others get a feel for you and learn to recognise each other. For those with more than one talent. Split up amongst yourselves once you know who has what talent. Anyone who is different from the others, join me in the front of the room. Please begin."
Bwoshih watched as the students started moving and then turned his attention to the first student that came up to him.
