Physical Description:

LightSpace is 5'5" tall with long green hair that moves of it's own will, like snakes. She has her mother's dark blue skin. Her lower body closely resembles a satyr with the legs and feet of a goat. She has three horns on her head instead of two and they are a bright yellow colour. Her hands are furred like an animal's but the remainder of her body is furless and smooth. Her pupils are horizontal to her face, like all people of her mother's race. She wears a black short-sleeved top and black silk is tied to her waist, covering her legs to the knee.

Personality:

LightSpace is cheerful. She is a firm master and will tolerate no nonsense from her pupils, regardless of the fact that she is not a professor. She will not go near any classroom with wood in it and all the classrooms and areas she is in are made of metal and plastic for her comfort. She is very outgoing and flirts with a lot of the female students.

Background History:

LightSpace was born of an alien mother and a human father on the planet HeartSteel. When LightSpace was young, her parents brought her to Earth where she first saw wood trees, HeartSteel having only trees made of metal, like everything else on that world. LightSpace reached out and touched an old apple tree and then her life was changed. The tree enveloped her and when she was finally returned to her parents, she had mutated to her satyr-like appearance. Since then, LightSpace has been very afraid of trees and anything else made of wood. She became one of the MetalBonded, the members of the HeartSteel race that bonded to their MetalCompanions (mecha). She and her MetalCompanion made a very good team and the other MetalBonded sent them to the planet Tirl to train under the masters there. Tirl had many trees in one area that LightSpace stumbled upon one day. She almost died in that grove, but then a Griffin arrived and saved her. Since then the Griffin remained her friend. She trained hard and well and became a master herself. When YUME requested a master to train at their institution, the masters sent LightSpace, secretly hoping that she would get over her fear of trees. When LightSpace receives her B.A. in mecha, she will become a professor at YUME.

Equipment:

1. SkyMetal - LightSpace's MetalCompanion (a mecha). SkyMetal is sentient but cannot move well without his FleshCompanion. He is only 20 feet tall and resembles Wing (Gundam Wing mecha) though his characteristics and features are different.
2. WindEarth - LightSpace's Griffin friend. Part-lion, part-eagle, WindEarth is LightSpace's friend and protector whereas SkyMetal is LightSpace's companion. WindEarth can speak physically and psychically to anyone she chooses.

Moves:

1. SkyDarts - SkyMetal's dart-like projections which are shot using the FlameBow he carries.
2. WindClaw - Griffin's power melds with SkyMetal's and creates a large, sickle-like weapon that SkyMetal wields for brief periods of time.
3. LightEarth - LightSpace's power that allows her to send SkyMetal through more rapid movements than a MetalCompanion is able to.
