Physical Description:

Her bright orange eyes and peach skin tone seem to be the only colourful aspects of Kythra's appearance. She is more muscular than graceful, with a steady hand and mind. Her hair is flat black for the most part, except for a part of it which hangs over one eye. This "tuft" (for lack of a better word) is a pure, snowy white. In terms of clothing she wears a black, tight-fitting full bodysuit. Added to this she wears slightly looser, finger-less cloth gauntlets and tight white boots. The bodysuit and gauntlets are made of a primarily black material, but it produces an unordinary "sheen" which acts as a type of camouflage by mirroring shades of grey.

 

Personality:

Obedient, but not docile. Kythra's good at what she does and she knows it. She capitalises on her skills to the point where she pretty much blocks everything else out. As a result, her marks aren't very credible in mundane subjects. However, she doesn't care because she came to YUME to improve her skills, not to be a teacher's pet. The only ones who can beat her in target practice are her teacher and a small group of elite students. Her guns are the most important things to her and their improvement is top priority. On the other hand, when a rifle breaks down beyond repair she isn't terribly upset and just starts back at the beginning with a new one. She makes friends with those people whose skills are comparable to her own and those who she sees as potential competitors. Her hidden shame is that she's never had a steady boyfriend and is afraid of both finding one and not. Of course, she brushes off the idea saying that they're a waste of time. Kythra thinks about her major 24/7 and when forced to concentrate on something other than shooting she feels extremely awkward and nervous.

 

Background History:

When she was young Kythra's family was very encouraging of her interest in sport. At first, she tried her hand at gymnastics, but she wasn't' markedly flexible enough to make it far. Then there was badminton, which she really liked, but she wasn't fast enough. Eventually her sights set on marksmanship and once her talent was discovered she was pretty much set for life.

When she heard Yuka Lavoisier was teaching a course in Gunsmithing she applied as soon as she could. With talent like hers she was readily accepted.

 

Strengths:

Gun Control - Ability to wield and use guns, repair them on your own, handle artillery on vehicles, can also handle explosives like grenades, bombs, TNT and such

Ki Power - Ability to call upon Ki within to fight more efficiently than others, good or bad Ki calling, sense opponent's strengths and weaknesses, meditation, can perform Ki projectiles like Hadoken and such

 

Weaknesses:

As a firearm using combatant Kythra is restricted by the range of her weapons and other, obvious weaknesses apply. Without her weaponry she is at a grave disadvantage as she has never taken the time to learn more than basic physical fighting.

 

Equipment:

1. Modified Rifle. What was once a normal Winchester rifle has been manipulated and upgraded so much that it is hardly recognisable. Additions to it include a Force Blitzer Core Engine, Napalm, Shrapnel, and Heat Seeker.

Force Blitzer Core Engine - manipulates Ki to provide an infinite amount of ammunition, also affects the stats of the gun to improve Strike, Power, and Core (Ki)

Napalm - Hits closely grouped enemies with no drop off rate with fire, similar to a flamethrower

Shrapnel - Hits all enemies with a 45% drop off rate

Heat Seeker - Hits all targets with minimal damage

2. Blue Star. A collection of Fate Cards which are activated using Core energy (Ki). Kythra has two upon her arrival at YUME: Air and Bless

 

Moves:

  1. Air: This Fate Card move utilises the card of Air, which is ruled by Gemma, a powerful daemon. The move has a damage rating of 70 and uses a minimal amount of Ki.
  2.  

  3. Bless: This Fate Card move utilises the Bless card, which is ruled by Kyra, a mythical woman. It increases damage done by the target by 25% as well as making spells last longer (the latter part of which doesn't affect Kythra in the least, as she's not a mage). This move requires a slightly larger amount of Ki than the Air card and can only be used once in battle.
  4.  

  5. Beam Lance: A build-up of Ki is released in a line. Its strength depends on how much energy Kythra expends. This move hardly qualifies as a specialty move, but she relies mainly on her regular fighting tactics so it matters little.
