Physical Description:

Human Form: Red long hair tied in a ponytail, purple eyes, pale white skin. His face is never serious. It's usually smirking slyly, smiling excitedly or just seeming simply bored.

He's pretty much average height and weight, but he changes them a bit depending on occasion. He dresses like a normal teacher. Overall he looks like a common person, but when he starts doing magic, or teaching it, he has to change to his demonic form.

Demon Form: Spiked green hair, yellow eyes without pupils, red skin. He has 2 pairs of wings (one pair of big strong wings and a pair of small, weak and almost useless wings) and three small horns protruding from his forehead. Other than that, he's fairly humanoid and has a light build.

When in human form, he wears many different clothes (which means he doesn't have much of an "uniform"), but in his demon form he always wears a dark blue tunic and black pants.

Personality:

Unlike most of his kind, Dash's not *entirely* evil. Actually, we can classify him as a "nice, good-hearted demon". Which doesn't mean much in human terms. He's lazy, a bit selfish, very revengeful and has a tendency to use more violence than necessary (sometimes even when it's *not* necessary). Most of the time, though, he's only a playful guy who just wants to have fun.

He's also very active and he likes to mess where he's not invited. For example, he could learn about someone having some sort of personal problem and follow this someone to whether watch as the drama develops or to try to help this someone. Or trouble him/her some more, depending on his mood.

No, he's not very sane. You wouldn't be either if you lived how he lived.

Background History:

Born in one of the lower planes of Hell, raised to be an incarnation of evil and trained to torment sinners and corrupt pure and innocent hearts... Dash had a pretty standard demon childhood. When he was only 200 years old (beginning of teenagehood for someone of his kind), he was taken in his first trip to the Human plane.

Things didn't go much the way Dash's tutors expected. While the other young demons took the souls of evil people away and seeded darkness in the heart of others, Dash spent the night talking, playing and generally fooling around with who was supposed to be his first victim: A young girl called Ananda.

When the stronger demons of the group realised what had happened, they got so angry they not only banned Dash from their circle but they also tried to kill the girl. Thanks to Dash's phasing abilities, they managed to get away in one piece, but the young demon would never be able to go back home. He ended up living around that very city for a while, until the little girl grew up and became a woman. She was accused of being a witch, and to prove she was not she had to kill her demon friend.

Of course she didn't kill Dash, but he gave her a fake demon head to show her accusers and then left. Their paths wouldn't cross again for ages.

After that, centuries passed, great nations rose and fell, mankind advanced in some areas and retreated in others, while Dash explored what this world had to offer (because he had nothing better to do). After a few centuries, he got bored of this world ("There's never something new!" he used to say). That's when he found out about YUME. Realising that was an interesting place, and later discovering that his old friend Ananda was not only alive but actually working there, he decided to join the University staff, teaching his specialty - Black Magic. ("It's gotta be fun!" Was all he said about it.)

Strengths:

1. Magic Powers - Specially Black Magic, but he learned a few useful spells from White Magic too.
2. Flight and Swim - He's a demon. His strong wings let him fly, his smaller wings help him underwater and he doesn't need to breath.

Weaknesses: Dash gets stuck in his human form, completely powerless, whenever he's drunk. It's a serious problem, because he drinks a lot and he gets drunk every once in a while.

He also has a temper problem - which means that he can get angry more easily than most. Also, when he gets mad, he's very more explosive than most people. He starts swearing aloud, insulting the cause of his anger and, if everything else fails to calm him down, he attacks the focus of his anger with everything he's got, usually causing a lot of property damage around. Someone could use this to one's advantage...

Equipment:

1. Crystal Ring - Actually a ring with a small magical crystal ball attached. Used to cast some of his strongest spells.
2. Backpack of Wonders - Actually a backpack linked to a pocket dimension. Nobody ever knows what Dash will take from it. Not even himself.

Moves:

1. Phasing: Mainly a defensive manoeuvre, Dash can instantly teleport himself and whatever he's carrying/wearing to somewhere nearby - 10 yards away at most. He sometimes uses this power repeatedly to run away.
2. Firebreath: Just what the name tells: Dash opens his mouth and launches a terrible jet of flames at whoever's in front of him
3. Spell Casting: Being a demon with hundreds of year, and trained both in Hell and on Earth, Dash can cast many spells, although all of them require a moment of concentration before casting (a moment which may take too long during combat).
