Dear Present Executive Board,
As predicted I received the bid for Sanitation with 7 Foreman positions and 1 for Rodent Control with 1 Foreman position on July 29, 2006. Attached to this letter is a copy of the envelope which contained the bids, postmarked July 28, 2006. This is 3 days after they should have been posted. I would not have been able to post them until July 31, 2006. But like I stated in the previous letter, thanks to a Brother Member who gave me copies of these bids on July 25, 2006, I was able to post them at an appropriate time. I hope this is the last letter I will have to send to you addressing this problem. If this problem continues I will have to contact the IBT, IRB and TDU for some help in rectifying this problem.
