To The Present Executive Board,
This is the second letter I am writing regarding me not receiving job bid applications within the appropriate time. In order to correctly do my duties as a Union Steward I need full cooperation from the present Executive Board in this matter. On July 25, 2006 2 job bids, 1 for Sanitation with 7 Foreman positions - 1 for Rodent Control with 1 Foreman position, we reput up for bid and received by other Members on July 25, 2006. I received copies of these bids from an other fellow Member. This is how my Members receive copies of most bids because you have not and do not send them to me in a timely manner. Not only do you hurt me in doing my job but you hurt my Brother and Sister Members in getting their bid forms submitted in the proper time they need to. I am hoping that you could fix this problem. Today is Friday July 28, 2006 and I still have not received these job bids. If I receive them today at my home in the mail I will not be able to post them until Monday July 31, 2006 which is 6 days after the bids came out and will only leave my Members 1 week to get their bid forms in. I do keep the postmarked envelopes the job bids come in to prove the difference in dates and lapse of time in me receiving them. By you not doing your job you are not allowing our fellow Brother and Sister Members a fair chance to try and better their futures.
