Add to, Garage Attendant and Garage Attendant IC shall receive a $4.00 increase on July 1, 2007, July 1, 2008 a 5% increase, July 1, 2009 a 4.5% increase and July 1, 2010 a 4.5% increase. All other employees shall receive the following wage increases. July 1, 2007 a 6% increase July 1, 2008 a 5% increase, July 1, 2009 a 4.5% increase and July 1, 2010 a 4.5% increase.

Change to, overtime for first two hours shall be paid at one and one-half (1 ½ ) times the regular hourly rate, after two hours the rate shall be paid at two times (2) the regular rate of pay.

Add to, No Motor Truck Driver or Pool Motor Truck Drivers will be forced to use vacation time in a unfair manner and will not be forced to be paid out when changing Departments.

Add to, Three (3) paid sick days per year, a total of five (5) sick days maximum to be carried over per year.

Follow 731 contract to the letter. Wherever their money goes ours should go. So whatever monies they put into Health and Welfare, Pension, and on checks we should do the same. The “me too” clause.

Remove minimum of (2) two hours. Replace with minimum of (4) hours show up pay.
Remove, unless the employee was told at least three hours prior to his or her starting time not to report for work, except for reasons beyond the Employer’s control. To be eligible for pay under this provision, employees must advise the designated person within the department of his or her current phone number.

Remove from the contract the following: Except where the Employer’s operations require different scheduling needs. The employer shall notify the Secretary Treasurer and the President of the Union of these exceptions. For shift positions requiring a seven day continuous operation, the work week shall be a regular recurring seven day period beginning at 12:00 midnight (1 minute after 11:59 p.m. Saturday) Sunday and ending at 12:00 midnight the following Sunday. The starting times of employees are contained in Exhibit 1. The employer may change the time of its workday (Exhibit 1) or work week in case of an emergency or unforeseen situation with reasonable notice to and upon request, discussion with the Union. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Employer may change the start of it work day for a Department, Bureau, Crew or individual, to a time not more than two (2) hours before the time listed in Exhibit 1, provided the employer gives not less than fourteen (14) days advance notice to the Union and affected employees, and discussion with the Union. All such changes, unless otherwise agreed to by the parties, shall be in effect for a minimum of one (1) week, and shall provide for the same starting times for each day of that period. No employee shall be placed on a split week, and shall provide for the same to comply with the shift without agreement by the Union. Failure to comply with this provision shall result in the payment of appropriate premium time to affected employees.

CHANGES TO THE CONTRACT
1) FOR ALL DEPARTMENTS: Motor Truck Driver Foreman and General Foreman to be made salary employees receiving paid over time, all recognized holiday and to stay in our bargaining unit. Following the Safety and Training Officer Title to the letter.
2) THE DEPARTMENT OF AVIATION ONLY: To return Departmental Seniority.
3) DEPARTMENT OF AVIATION MOTOR TRUCK DRIVERS: Motor Truck Driver Regulars in Aviation must be tested on a yearly basis on the air field, hold a passenger endorsement shall be paid $1.00 per hour over the then-current Motor Truck Driver rate.
