We from the Fighting for the Future slate understand that proper attire should be worn at work. 

But when you are asking us to wear work boots, work pants, work shirts etc, the City should supply us with uniforms or allow us a uniform allowance if such requirements are being made. 

Also, in the summer months we should be allowed to adjust our attire for the devastating heat we encounter during the day. 

A happy work force is a harder work force as far as we are concerned.
