WHAT IS SUMMIT COUNTY  BUILDERS ASSOCIATION?

The Summit County Builders Association ( SCBA) is a nonprofit Real Estate trade association representing more than 190 property builder and associate members doing business in Summit County Breckenridge. SCBA provides local educational opportunities to keep its members exposed to the latest building standards and techniques. Through its affiliation with the Breckenridge Colorado Association of Home Builders and the Summit County National Association of Home Builders, Breckenridge Co real estate industry experts are able to share their expertise providing professional development opportunities and insight in new trends, designs and products. The Summit Real Estate Foundation — a local central charity organization — Bristlecone Home Health Care & Hospice, Advocates of Victims of Assault, Home Aid Colorado and scholarship funds. SCBA’s charity does not stop at county lines. In the past three years, SCBA has sent six semi- trailers of mostly gently used building materials to hurricane and tornado victims across the country. Through the Parade of Homes and the Home & Outdoor Living Show, people come annually from all parts of the United States and other countries to view new homes in Summit County CO, designs, trends and innovative ideas. SCBA members are proud to showcase their work and products in this beautiful area we call home.
