Open newest thumbnails and see "before & after" comparative photos.

Fourth "After" pictures taken August 20, 2003

My weight at that time: 308 pounds (63 pound loss).

Fifth "After" pictures taken August 31, 2003 (8 weeks following surgery)

My weight at that time: 303 pounds (68 pound loss).

My weight loss slowed considerably following the photos taken August 31, 2003 and so I decide to hold off on any updates until sufficient time has passed to show a difference. In the meantime, my doctors remove me from medications for diabetes, hypertension, and acid reflux, and the air pressure on my BiPAP (sleep apnea) machine is significantly reduced, I am no longer needing a cane for walking as the stress on the degenerative arthritis in my hip has been reduced. My overall health is now EXCELLENT!

Sixth "After" pictures taken December 4, 2003 (5 months following surgery)

My weight at that time: 281 pounds (90 pound loss).

Seventh "After" pictures taken March 7, 2004

My weight at that time: 268 pounds (103 pound loss).
