Whole Tone Scale

The Whole Tone sacel is used most often in Jazz. Notice this scale has 
six different notes.
Generally, the Whole Tone is played over a dominant 7th chord of the same 
name. This scale isn't too practical in rock, so if nothing else, it makes 
a great streching exercise.
