Heavy Distortion.  Adjust tone to match, it's very deep.  Tune Guitar to
Dropped D.  Kurt played this on Bleach in Standard (D A D G B E), but
also half-step (or E-Flat - Db Ab Db Gb Bb Eb) when he played live.
Your choice, but half step sounds better so I tab it like that.
