Jeff came to Melbourne in 1987 as one of the 12 who claimed the city for the Camarilla. He settled in as primogen of clan Gangrel and held it for 15 years, even after Xavier declared the Gangrel Independent.

After hunting down the killer of Prince Wick's childer and Prince Wick's subsequent removal from position, Jeff decided to remain in the city as an Independent to keep an eye on the less capable Princes to follow in Wicks Shadow. Having gone through much to establish Melbourne as a Camarilla city he's reluctant to leave it behind quite yet.

Jeff spends his time now in his small home on the south edge of Palm Bay. He will offer haven to any Gangrel who come to the city, and is known to be an extremely competent in the area of the occult, even rivaling most Tremere.
