PART 1

we had a few changes during our meeting this evening.

vernon peabody is now the primogen of clan brujah. he has yet to claim a whip.

simon j.wilson is the new ventrue primogen. mr. wilson has also not claimed a whip yet.

as punishment for his breach of the masquerade, mr. peabody was given the option of becoming one step blood bound to the council. Dr.Orrano felt this a more suitable punishment than the one originally proposed and the council seemed to agree. peabody has excepted and full-filled his punishment.

nicamardio has come to us claiming that he had evidence that icarus had broken into jonah spires haven and destroyed his car. he was backed by his primogen sabation dubois. icarus has not made any formal statement at this time, but his whip, helen troy, has denied the allegations. no decision has been come to yet on this matter.

we have had some new kindred in town. i have not met them all in person yet but my PA has given me word that they have been acknowledged by Dr.Orano. there names status and clans are as follows:

archon bishop has requested that prince zoe miller be stripped of one status trait do to the recent breach of the masquerade. so she will no longer be known as "honorable"

Benjamin J lighthouse is now know as "rude". as proclaimed by archon bishop, for his interuptions while he was speaking.

as i understand the individual known as T.H.McMillen didnt make it out of town as planned. he was instead staked (presumably by the nosferatu) and encased in glass to be given to archon bishop. unfortunately, the hangman struck and it apeared that McMillen was to be her final "victim" in an effort to stop the apparition francis and some others(who's name evade me at this time) attempted to stop her she turned on them. francis was caught in her noose, but was freed with help from the others. the apparition then vanished. francis, worrying that the hangwoman would come back for McMillen, shatter the glass and ripped his head from his body. archon bishop wished for Dr.Oranno to decide if helen troy (she was supposed to be gaurding McMillen) or Francis were to be held responsible.

ms. troy , mime paisley, Dr.Orrano, and myself went into the backroom to review the tape. the hangwoman struck again killing victim 24 , thus fullfilling the prophecy. now we are all stuck in this hell.

there's not much more to say at this time so i'll leave now.

good evening everybody i have been freed from hell and i was happy to see all of those who were present when we returned (yes, all of you)i wont bore you all with details. but if it werent for dr.orrano, vernon, and prof. moriarty i dont believe any of us would have escaped.

as i am understanding archon bishop has detroyed helen troy and joanne paisley for the "McMillen affair" and ezekial moorehouse was also destroyed for his interference. saw it with my own two eyes! (wink)

as some of you have already heard my dear friend proffessor james moriarty had passed while we organising our escape plans. he will be greatly missed. we could all learn something from the example he has left behind. he worked hard to find solutions to many of our problems and he never complained asked for recognition. i am planning a tribute to him and if anyone has a few words to say about him please send it to me privately.

as you all know i have been out of the loop for a few weeks. i'm not aware of whats been going on in the "real world" if anyone has any thing that i should be informed of please feel free to contact me privately and i'll make note of it.
