2/04/03 - Harpy Report - Cat Orrano

Greetings one and all. This is what the Harpy has to say about our current
and recent past state of affairs.

1) I'm watching. You may not see me, indeed, you may not even notice me. But
I'm around. So count on it.

2) Last week, there were more Sabbat attacks. First Mr. St. John, bearing
squished babies. He is now deceased.

3) In the status & boon arena... Ex-Prince Hintch is now Acknowledged,
should she still live. A Giovanni gentleman told me he holds a boon, but I'd
like him to contact me directly with the information; I was unable to speak
with you later because of the hectic end of the night. Mr. Kemp seems to
have delusions of Princedom... we will all see. However, a kind warning...
if he badmouths the Archon again, he may well find himself in a scandalous
situation. He who would be prince had damn well better know how you speak to
one of greater stature than yourself.

4) Ms. Miller was rescued; however, it appears that the cost of this was Ms.
Chatifield's death. I believe that better coordination may have spared her;
but the turnout to free Ms. Miller truly shows how the city cherishes her.
The events inside the bank I can only comment limitedly on; while Nicamardio
was busy trying to cut a way into the inner vault, I had already entered and
awoken Ms. Miller. There was a fight of some kind... When we made good our
escape from the authorities and the Sabbat, I am happy to report that the
people in the vault had at least caused significant damage to the lobby,
office areas, and the apparent leader of the Sabbat pack outside.
Unfortunately, his packmates may have revived him.

5)There was a meeting at the Church... again, I cannot give a very good,
detailed account. Now that Dr. Hintch is removed as Prince, I feel free to
say why. I was sickened and enraged at her inability to maintain control of
any meeting, of alternately cracking down and being trampled on, and decided
it would be best if I went for a walk lest my beast try to take control.
Ezekial Moorehouse was apparently staked in a confessional, but I was not
informed as to why.

6) I would like to state that I disagree with the Archon scattering the
Gangrel to other coteries. I was present and coordinating them through the
evening; even if I wasn't visible or apparent at the beginning of the night.
I had planned for a reconnaisance of the Baron's castle or the airport...
but perhaps a little later.

7) A warning... beware the Asylum. Evidently a kindred was granted domain
there by Prince Wick, provided he never leave its confines. (Further proof
that Dr. Hintch was less than observant... she never seemed to notice this
Kindred, even though she did feed at the Asylum.) I imagine the next Prince
will deal with this.

8) So we need a new prince. To let you all know, I do not support Mr. Kemp.
He has delibrately misconstrued my words.

For now, that is all. Catch my guest appearance on NightCrawlers.
